With the ‘CPD Quality Collective’ we bring together a panel of education experts to create an international standard for courseware.
This courseware includes corporate training materials and all printable materials that are intended for providing workshops and other CPD teachings.

Jon Britain
Jon has over 20 years of experience as a freelance and corporate trainer in England. Jon manages the Upskills Group and his clients have included Burghley, DHL, and Serco. You can read more about Jon Britain here…
Dr George Jennings
Dr George Jennings is a Senior Lecturer in Sport Sociology at Cardiff Metropolitan University, Wales, UK, and he has a PhD related to sociology. George has also worked in universities in Mexico and the UK and has over 18 years of experience in academia and in the training industry. George is especially interested in philosophy, martial arts, and sociology.
George has been published in numerous books, and articles and presented at educational events worldwide as a speaker.
George is also one of the founding members of the Journal of of the International Coalition of YMCA Universities.
Dr Julia Fallon
Dr Julia Fallon is a senior lecturer and academic and presently with Cardiff Metropolitan University in the UK. Julia has over 28 years of experience in education, including as a course director, and head of the Tourism Department in Cardiff Met University.
Julia has a special interest in inland waterways and all aspects of the tourism sector and she has also managed several post-graduate students for various universities including the University of West England (UWE).
Rich Beale
Rich has over 20 years of experience in teaching and proving training and being involved with CPD.
Qualified as a bookkeeper, consultant and mentor, Rich has been running a successful bookkeeping practice with his wife since 2011.
For the last 10 years, he has also spent a lot of time training small businesses and accountants to use Xero cloud accounting software and finance and accountancy basics.
This has now also expanded to creating and developing many other business-related training courses including social media marketing and his favourite training programme ‘Start-up Business Heroes’.
