Certification Process

Certification Overview

We provide services for CPD certification. Most commonly we provide certificates and the use of our logo for training course materials. We have a list of standards and requirements against which we audit any materials that are sent to us for certification.

As an international certification company, we are experienced in dealing with training from various countries and we do adapt according to localization, i.e. according to where the training will be provided. Furthermore, the process tends to focus more so on the teaching methods (such as the inclusion of appropriate related activities) as opposed, for example, to being about fairly minor spelling and grammatical errors.

Stages in the Certification Process

Stage 1  – Getting in Touch

The first step in the process is to contact us so that we can start the process of registering you on our system.

We will then send you the submission by email.

Stage 2 – Send Document and Payment

You then return course-ware or training materials that you wish to have certified, along with full payment.

Stage 3 – We Audit the Training Materials

We then commence the auditing process of your training materials. We work to a set of standards that we use internationally.

From the audit, we will provide you with any recommendations that are needed in order to meet the CPD Certify standards that we have set.

Whilst the standards are designed to ensure a set standard in teaching quality, we also allow for individual teaching styles and localization.

If your training does not meet the standards, then we work to advise you on how to succeed in meeting the requirements.

Stage 4 – Certificate Given or Changes Requested

Once your training passes, then you will immediately be provided with a certificate to confirm that your course/s have met the CPD Certify international standards.

As a certified course, you can market your course accordingly. This provides extra credibility for the courses that you offer.

We also provide CPD Certification certificates for courses that we have certified and you can provide these, if you wish, to your students (at an extra cost per certificate).

Stage 5 – Use Our Logo on Your Certified Courses

You can also use our CPD Certify logo on your marketing literature and website. Please do note that there is an annual fee to use our logo.
